Buyer reviewDave Harrison was knowledgeable, and very professional. He was right on time at our 1 st showing, and in any other showing (being on time was very important to me). He was above our expectations. Since we were 1st time home buyer, his advices were very useful. He made process easy, between seller and loan officer.

Seller reviewAfter contacting Mr. Harrison, his initial conversation was very enthusiastic in wanting to list my property. Very personal as not that this was just his job. From start to finish Dave was the most professional hard working realtor that I could have hired. There were several bumps in the road on my end and Dave made all of them smooth as he could for me. He made several trips to my home to sign documents since I had health issues and to the home I was selling for other various reasons. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and is a very honest person. Due to the professionalism, dedication, and hard work I received from Dave, I would highly recommend him and Century 21 Legacy to anyone. Thank you Dave job well done.

Seller reviewDave searched me out and displayed a lot of energy and determination in making a quick sale for me. Dave gave good solid advice in regards to buyer negotiation on several situations. Dave was tremendous in his availability, professionalism and communication. He was just a text or phone call away and was always timely in his response. The sale experience was terrific. We had 3 separate contracts before the sale on the last one. Dave truly did a wonderful job in getting us to sale and in meeting our desires and wishes. Overall, Dave did a wonderful job. He let us know honestly what he believed would help make the best sale and would give frequent updates on the progress personally by text or call. He was always available and on several occasions went to the house to meet others for small things unrelated to prospective buyers when I could not be there myself. He was easy to talk to and I would definitely use Dave again if I was in need.

Seller reviewI can't say enough great things about Dave! I had tried to sell my home by myself and got nothing but frustrated by the whole process. I work and have a daughter and can't just drop everything to show the house. Also, I was a little apprehensive about letting strangers in my home. Dave took care of all that for me and I was able to focus on my work and family. I was really impressed with how quick it sold too. He only had it on the market for a couple weeks before we had a contract on the house and we closed just a couple weeks after that. I was shocked. Dave made the whole process of selling my home quick and painless. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home.
