I think Dave Weinert did an excellent job describing my property. He took a lot of pictures of the property before I had moved a lot of things out of the house. I asked him to remove them and he did which made the place look great. He would go out of his way to check on the house because I had an alarm system which kept going off. to make me feel more at ease being out of town he would text. He is a good listener and tries to get back to you as soon as possible. He has a sense of humor that reflects in his description of properties. He lets you know if things are going smoothly even when you don't hear from your attorney.
