We immediately clicked, and he was extrememly helpful, and sensitive to my needs in the type of home I was looking for. Dave introduced me to a banker, a real estate lawyer, and a home inspector who were all as excellent as he was in performing their tasks necessary to get the sales completed. I emailed him frequently and he was always back to me quickly. If he didn't know an answer, he would investigate and then back to me by text or by phone. When I would get anxious about various aspects of buying and selling, he was able to explain things in such a way that I would feel calmer. Dave is a very fine broker and a very good person.
