Within 15 minutes of our conversation, Dave sent data points, comparable properties, Stafford market trends and enough information for us to review and compare to information I obtain from other agents. Dave's analysis led to a sales price yielding thousands of dollars more than any recommendations from other agents. Data analytics is definitely Dave's Sweet Spot!
