When we first began to look around for a condo or apartment, we were very casual about it. We learned quickly that in the current market, places do not last long when the go on sale. We needed help. So we called David Consigli at Century 21, because they have had a business in the area forever and we've known him and them for years. We wanted a broker that was very familiar with the area and who could suggest the right place for us. We knew nothing about the ins and outs of buying a home. David helped us so much through it all. He walked us through every offer and provided adequate feedback in helping us come to our final decision. Dave went above and beyond the service other realtors provide. He created a strong marketing campaign with a great custom yard sign. He was always responsive and easy to contact, promptly returns calls. He held a professional well organized open house that brought in may prospective buyers. His professionalism and knowledge were essential as I am a luxury home builder and need to provide top shelf customer service. Dave took the time to insure the house had all proper permits and even stepped in to oversee an inspection I could not be present for.

I was referred to Dave by a long time Attorney in Milford I was doing business with at the time. Right from the outset and through the entire process, Dave was aggressive in listing the house quickly, setting up open houses, pursuing every potential buyer, and assisting with the negotiations. He provided constant updates on each open house, interested buyers, and other agent feedback. This put me at ease. Although I had to put the house on the market at Thanksgiving, (typically a time people are not looking to move), Dave generated allot of activity and ultimately, we sold for our original asking price.
