Seller reviewMy husband was moved to a memory care facility. We had some issues and need guidance. We needed to fix some issues in the home. David went above and beyond dealing with the village inspection and repairs that needed to done prior to closing. It was a huge undertaking and David did a great job! I really appreciate his team and their support!

Seller reviewDavid assisted another family in a similiar situation and they spoke highly of the service they received. I reside in California and we were selling my recently deceased Dad's condo. David and his team (Donna & Nina) provided a turnkey operation of sourcing a trash out company, professional cleaners while shipping some personal belongings to me. This resulted in me not having to return in person to Illinois for any reason. I could reach David 24-7 if needed and his team of Nina and Donna kept me aware of info needed and sale progression in an extremely timely manner. Top notch performance above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Century 21 Gust Realty! He said tha tproperty would move fast and it did. The sale clsoed fast as well. Well done!
