David was very easy to talk to and we never felt uncomfortable to ask him any questions. We felt his integrity and knew that we could trust him. He was clear in his communications to us and made every effort to make sure we understood. We were very impressed with David's knowledge and confidence. We felt like we could trust him and he did what he told us he would do. We were extremely satisfied with all he did to sell our home for us. David's assistant, Melanie was very helpful. She communicated with us in a timely way and we knew we could reach out to her with any questions. We were very impressed with David Hageman's expertise from the first time we met him. David Hageman was well beyond expectation. His experience was excellent; he understood our way of approaching the selling, and he had sympathy about what the property meant to us. We would recommend him highly without reservation. I don't know how David could have been better. The house sold for our calculated price in less than 2 months, which was far faster than we expected. We are not that easy to get along with when it comes to financial (and other?) aspects. He was truly amazing at keeping us calm and giving us all the details we always ask for. We have sold 4 different houses in our careers, in all kinds of financial markets, and I would have wished that he could have sold all of them in Missouri and Ohio as well. Melanie was very helpful and from all we could tell David and her communicated well and regularly. We were located more than an hour distance from their office but from the contact we had it was as if they were next door. We are not easy to please, but David managed to be all we could have wished for: competent, knowledgeable available by phone, calming, and even had a wry sense of humor like myself. Loved it, if such a life-changing event like selling a forever home could ever be in that category.
