Seller reviewThis was our first time selling a home and Dave was very knowledgable and informative which was great because we had no idea what to expect. He helped us in making sure all repairs and all things we had to get gone got done in a timely manner. Overall was a great help, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Seller reviewDave Hamilton made the process of selling a house understandable to someone who had never been through the process before. He made it very easy for me. Dave was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process and I would most certainly recommend him to anyone selling a home. His patience, knowledge of the Visalia housing market and suggestions for preparing my parents' home for sale were reasons why we had multiple offers within days of the listing and accepted an offer within a week. My thanks to Dave for his helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable approach to selling a home. It is not an easy process to negotiate, but Dave made the process manageable and informative. I now have a fundamental understanding of how the process should work I would absolutely contact Dave again for my own real estate needs and without question recommend him to friends interested in selling a home or property.

Dave is also a great communicator, he always keeps me in the loop on the processes at hand. Dave is always available to me when I need him for information, this communication helps me with my anxiety in selling or buying homes. Dave is a straight shooter and tells it like it is (I like dealing with people like Dave.) I also like the no pressure approach of Dave, he supports my decisions and helps me through the thought processes. And last, Dave is a good person that my family adores and trusts!
