David has helped me with several real estate purchases and sales. He has always provided great advice. He listens carefully to my needs. He is very responsive about answering phone calls and texts. He arranges meetings and visits at my convenience. He is extremely knowledgeable and wise. I am worry-free when I have David helping me. David supported me at every step, from finding the property to reviewing the inspection with me and the inspector, to arranging for me to do all the paperwork on-line to avoid any possible contact with the Covid virus. When my wife and I first decided to put our house on the market, David did a walk-through inspection and recommended things we needed to do in preparation for listing the house. He also recommended experienced and reasonably priced tradespeople to do a lot of the work. Together we discussed a marketing strategy including when to put the house on the market and decided on a plan. His inputs to this marketing strategy proved to be spot-on and the implementation flawless. Once our home was on the market, David kept us informed on how things were progressing every step of the way; notifying us of showings, giving us the results of each showing, discussing his plan to follow up with the other realtor after a showing, how to deal with offers that came in and suggested counteroffer strategies. For us, this is where David really excels! In 13 days we had an accepted and nearly full price offer. Once the sale was under contract, he continued with his excellent service; making sure due diligence deadlines were met, tracking the buyer's deadlines, and keeping the title company informed and making sure they were on track for a timely closing. He performed a thorough review of the title company's preliminary documents and found a subtle omission saving time at the actual closing. He made sure we had all the necessary documents from the title company and we provided the documents the title company needed. He was on top of the closing all the way. His attention to detail made all the difference for us. Note: We rated David "Excellent" in all areas because his performance was indeed excellent! I had dealt with David of Harman Century 21 on previous occasions and was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. In particular, his strategy for negotiating a sale is impressive!

We were a little hesitant getting started with a Realtor. We always figured we could probably sell our home on our own without the need of a Realtor, and save the commissions. We probably could have, but in the end, we were more than happy to pay David and his team the commission: they earned it. David is an excellent Realtor; he is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, kind, and we really felt like he was our partner and advocate through the entire experience. We felt like the home was priced right - lots of interest, lots of offers. Even in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak and all the uncertainty, David and his team stayed positive and helped keep our spirits up when offers were canceled, buyers lost their jobs, and things were just overall crazy. In the end, we sold for exactly what David thought we would, and he was there every step of the way. We highly recommend David and his team. If we ever sell again, we'll call him first.
