David was very easy to work with when looking for the perfect home. He was knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what you were looking for. When we found the perfect home for us, he quickly helped us to sell our other home. He was always willing to help and answer any questions in a timely manner. He made the buying and selling process easy.

We would recommend David Howard to anyone requiring a realtor. His down to earth, honest determination of circumstances, makes David very easy to work with. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome of the sale of our home and wish David and his staff continued success in the future. Although I have indicated that it took longer than 12 weeks to market our home, it is important to note that we had listed the home in November of a year with a hard winter and the fact that we were not in a hurry to market the home, but were more interested in selling the home in the spring and get as near as possible to our asking price. The home actually sold at a price higher than our asking price and at a perfect time for us to move. It couldn't have worked out better for us. While showing our home, we met many realtors from other agencies. Some showed our home well, and others were just a presence with no positive contribution to the showing. We found this gap in training to be very frustrating at times. We realized the work of good realtors increased our chance of selling the home, while those realtors that just stood at the front door like a rock, contributing nothing, were a waste of our time, as well as wasting the time of the prospective buyer. We were most happy when David or his staff showed our home, as they always showed the home with the same enthusiasm as we have always felt for the home.
