My wife, Cathy and I were raised and live in the Kelso area. We have 2 children and 8 grandchildren. I am a veteran, graduated from Notre Dame High and Southeast Missouri University. Seller review1729 Grandview Drive was a rental property. The current tenants had lived there for two years and asked to buy the property. I contacted David to broker the sale. He was so helpful and patient. The buyers' lender drug their feet throughout the entire process. David diligently kept things moving along with a great deal of patience and kindness. David Kieffer has been my family's realtor for ten years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and ethical. This is the fourth time David has assisted my family with a real estate purchase/sale. He is professional and easy to talk to. He answers every phone call and text, and keeps his clients informed during every step of the process. He is the only Realtor my family will work with.
