Dave is an outstanding broker. He understood our concerns, was very attentive to the sake of our home. He is a dedicated professional who knows how to properly market properties. We highly recommend his service and that of his firm. We could not have been happier. In an ideal world, all realtors would be as professional and personal as Dave. Seller review

Dave met with us and we felt comfortable right away. Our house was sold in record time and we had very little work to do.....Dave and his staff handled everything. Dave was very accessible at all times...very prompt to return calls and emails. We were very stressed about our home selling in addition to the stressors in building another home, Dave was very understanding. I would recommend him strongly to anybody.

Dave is a true professional willing to go the extra mile to get the deal done. His prompt communication was critical in sealing the deal on our complicated foreclosure purchase. He continuously made himself available on weekends and evenings to respond to complicated financial and contractual issues. Without Dave's extensive knowledge of the buying process from offer to inspection, we would not be the owner's of the home we have today.
