Seller reviewDavid Palas was a true professional…very organized and always on top of every important detail. I had no idea how much work occurred behind the scenes, but he buffered me from all of the stress & chaos and made the sale of my house completely stress free. Some people wanted me to just sell my home by myself as a "For Sale By Owner", and I wasn't sure if paying commission to a professional Realtor would be worth it. Boy was I wrong! The few thousands of dollars I would have saved was nothing compared to how much money he was able to make on the house. He got almost $250K over appraisal price! Thanks David!!
