Seller reviewDavid Stevens is, in my opinion, the most knowledgeable, most caring and best real estate broker in town. Since we were unable to be at our closing, David Stevens scheduled a dry closing for us and then he went to our closing to sit in on it for us. We would not have been able to make it to our new house closing had he not been so generous. David Stevens coordinated all of the repairs and updating of our house at very reasonable prices. David Stevens should give a seminar to other realtors on the importance of answering their phone, returning text messages and phone calls. We called and texted him with so many questions and he always answered immediately or got right back with us within minutes. They are the best real estate broker in town! We would not consider using anyone but David Stevens.

David goes far beyond the normal Realtor, this was a rental house for us and he made sure that he helped get everything completed and met all the contractors to get all the work completed in a timely manner. We never really had to do anything.
