Seller reviewDavid was a one stop shop. He handled the sale while I was out of town. I never had one stressful moment with the transaction. It was handled perfectly. Seller reviewThe couple that bought our house was not very easy to work with, but David worked hard and closed the deal. We had a few bumps in the road when listing our house like the carpet being in bad shape and needing to be cleaned/replaced. David did everything within his power to find someone to get it done quickly and that aided greatly in the speedy sale of our home. He worked very hard for us and we in turn have nothing but praise for him.

Buyer reviewWe used David to sell our house recently and he found this home very quickly for us. It was in our price range and on the water, which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I could not imagine using someone else after how well he did selling our home, so we used him again without any hesitation. David went back and forth many times with the seller to get us the best possible price. He took a lot of time to pull comps and review them with us, so that we were to be able decide what our top dollar would be for this house. He worked very hard to get the seller to that number and it wasn't easy, but he did it. We looked at many houses and David did whatever was within his power to get us an appointment at the time we were trying to see these houses. My husband and I work long hours and travel so being able to look at houses on our schedule was very important to us. My overall experience with David II and the Century 21 David Stevens Inc. was amazing and we could not ask for a harder working realtor. He has a very inviting and calming personality that puts you at ease during such a big decision making time in your life. David has lived in this area his entire life so he knows the ends and out of Clinton. If you are looking for someone to sell your home or help you find a new one this is your guy!
