Buyer reviewDavid went above and beyond in working with my office and the seller's lender in the negotiation and approval of a short sale for his client. Without David's time, effort and knowledge of the process the short sale would not have been approved. From running documents for signature, to emailing and talking with the lender submitting documentation and getting extensions, David's efforts were instrumental in a successful short sale transaction.
