As a single woman taking on the task of preparing my home for sale, when I was feeling a little overwhelmed he would come by and ask me what he could do to help. He was not only able to recommend people and services to get my home ready to show, but he made all of the arrangements for those services to be carried out. I knew every step of the way that he had my best interest at heart. He was knowledgeable about the market and on top of other like properties and able to advise me from that knowledge. After a week on the market, David was able to present me with 6 offers, explain each of them and the various ways that I could approach them. This was the only home I had ever purchased and had never gone through the process of selling a property. I felt safe going through sale with David Thomas at my side. When I ran into issues with a property I was purchasing out of state, I was able to reach out to David for advise and he even stepped up and talked to my other realtor to help me navigate a difficult situation. I can't say enough positive about David Thomas, I was totally blessed to have him by my side, partnering with me on the sale of my home.
