Prior to joining Century 21 Affiliated, David developed several small businesses in marketing, contracting and leadership development. He has served as Vice President in a large healthcare system, and has overseen $8 million in construction and renovation projects, as well as managed land and facility acquisition projects. David has consulted with organizations around the US in marketing and marketing research as Vice President of the Gallup Organization Healthcare Group. David's current real estate practice includes residential, commercial, recreational and agricultural real estate, and land development. For 10+ years, he has been a foreclosure agent for most of the major bank servicers in managing, renovating, and selling bank-owned properties. He is a member of REOBROKER.com, serves on the national board for REOMAC and has led an REO Mastermind Group at Century 21 Affiliated sharing best practices. He is also Certified Relocation Specialist assisting the Relocating buyers and sellers. David has a BS in Biology and an MS in Administration. David and his wife Diane have personally renovated four homes, and truly enjoy the process of improving the value of real estate. David and his wife Diane have raised 4 active children in Baraboo, WI, and David serves in leadership roles on Boards of Directors of area not-for-profits/service organizations, and is actively involved in youth sports programs in the community.

With over 15 years in rural/semi-rural real estate, and over 850 transaction sides completed, breadth of knowledge and growth has been my focus. In pure numbers, I've closed more residential transactions than any other type of transaction. But I've closed more luxury, vacant land, commercial, commercial vacant land, farms, condotels, and more compared to the peer group. And I bring on experienced additional agents for any client that desires additional strengths to be added to the team.

Personal Profile

I have been a real estate manager/consultant for over 15 years. I started working with relocating and military families in my first months in the business and never stopped! I bring 20 years of experience in marketing, project management, and construction management to all of my clients and their important transactions. Selling and managing properties in a seven-county rural and metro area, I have averaged over 60 closed transaction sides per year the last 10 years. As a Regional Team Leader for Century 21 Affiliated, I work closely with other RELO-trained agents and the entire agent team to make sure the Relocating buyer's or seller's needs are met. I am constantly pursuing best-practice sharing within the company and between agents, and looking for ways to make the real estate transaction experience seamless and predictable for sellers and buyers. I make every effort to ensure that the lenders involved in transactions can match the loan program to the property (with its conditions), and that lenders can meet deadlines so crucial to the buyer or seller, who is depending on the timely completion of a relocation plan. Radical honesty, and attention to what's important, are the hallmarks of my transaction efforts. I look forward to serving you!

    We had initially contacted another broker and firm all together but they seems very disinterested in not only our choices but also our price range that we were looking.
