I have experienced the highs and lows that being involved in a real estate transaction puts a person through. Having purchased, lived in, and sold 9 homes for myself and family I bring a unique empathy to the relationship I have with my clients. And if a client is undertaking a cross country move through a company sponsored relocation program, I will be the best partner they could hope for. I'm not only well qualified as a real estate professional, I'm one of the very few residential real estate professionals who has ever participated in a relocation program personally. In fact, I have made such moves 4 times. Having lived in the greater Puget Sound area for many years, I know it well. I keep abreast of the market and I understand the unique characteristics of the primary sub-markets represented in this unique part of the country. I enjoy taking advantage of all that the Puget Sound region offers so I am able to help my clients live the lifestyle they dream of. We had a specific neighborhood that we wanted to find a rambler in, and David sent mailers to all 85 ramblers to see if any were thinking of selling. David made himself available to show us homes we were interested in. If we had not been able to view the home we purchased quickly, we would have lost out on making the offer. He gave us good advice on the asking price and was very instrumental in the negotiations with the seller, scheduling inspections, and all the necessary paperwork. We were so pleased with the work that David Wallace did for us finding our new home that we just listed our old home with him. We would highly recommend David Wallace!
