Dawn is very knowledgeable. She can get the job done. We would definitely recommend her to friends, family and strangers. We not only consider her a great real estate agent, but also a very good friend. We had been looking at houses on our own without an agent. We had dealt with many agents due to looking at lots of houses, but did not have one agent working with us. We liked looking on our own.A new house had been listed and was on the site for only 2 hrs. when I discovered it. It looked like a deal too good to be true. The situation from start to finish was weird. We were unable to contact the listing agent right away, so we contacted a previous agent to see if she was able to get anywhere with it. After she called back and said she was unable to contact anyone due to the vm being full and no one answering the other phone numbers, we contacted Dawn. She worked on getting in touch with the agent and never gave up even though the selling agent was non responsive. Dawn knew the right channels to go through and finally got us in to see the house before anyone else was able to. We immediately made an offer and the sellers accepted. Dawn was always available to answer any questions throughout the entire process. She even delivered documents to where I worked.
