I'm really pleased with my experience working with Dawn Block. You can tell that she's very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Dawn was very accessible, approachable, and helpful every step of the way.

She is the best

Dawn was super helpful. She answered every question we had. If she didn't know an answer to a question, she would find out, and get back to us. It tells me that she's honest and wants to provide the right assistance. Also, working with her was like working with family. She treated you with respect and was always positive.

We chose Dawn because of our perception of her knowledge of the market in our neighborhood. We are definitely glad we chose her. She started by giving us a rundown of the process and what to expect during the entire sale process. She then met with us at our house and made great suggestions on items to fix/change before we put the house on the market. She kept us informed along the way and never made us feel like it was a bother when we contacted her. She answered/returned every phone call we made to her. She was proactive in all aspects, and host open houses as needed. She was very professional, yet friendly at the same time. She made us feel like our house was the only house she was working on, even though I know she was assisting others in their purchase/sale at the same time. She worked tirelessly on selling our house until we received the offer that we accepted. She was there to assist all the way through us signing the closing papers. We would definitely recommend Dawn to our family, friends and others who need an EXCELLENT agent for the home purchase/sale needs.

Dawn Block went above and beyond for our property especially given how remote we were due to an out-of-state move. Really grateful for all the extra work she did and the updates on property condition.
