Seller reviewDawn is a WONDERFUL realtor who goes through every hoop possible to make the selling experience as easy and pleasant as possible. She goes out of her way to ensure you know all information needed to make decisions even when remotely located from the property. I have never personally met Dawn, however, even though I never physically met her she treated my situation and sale of the house with the most experience and time as if I was there. She sent me regular updates since I was not co-located in the state my home was in, and devoted time outside of her regular business hours (even her sons wedding) to ensure the property closed in as timely fashion as possible. Dawn is without a doubt one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! HIGHLY recommend Dawn Oakley and Century 21 APD Associates. They held my property as a rental for several years before my decision to sell. Excellent staff and excellent service!
