Originally from Long Island, NY, I've been a Lancaster County resident for over 30 years. My husband, Andy, and I have successfully been investing, purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling many homes throughout Lancaster County since 2011. That exposure to real estate led me to obtain my own Real Estate License. Since then, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation providing me the education to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. My clients have no doubt, when working with a professional who understands the 50-plus demographics, they receive tailored care for their needs and speciPications. I've also obtained my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation giving my clients elevated professional standards and top personal performance in selling their homes. Throughout my real estate career, I've been awarded the "Top Listing Agent" with Century 21 Home Advisors and, the past two years, earned the "Agent of the Year" award. I've also received a National award from the Century 21 Brand by earning the Quality Service Award consecutively for the past three years. There were 2 other brokers we considered but Dawn was by far the most knowledgeable and personable of the 3. She was also very responsive and communicated well with us. She was patient as we figured out our needs and flexible when they changed. Dawn was amazing and truly great to work with. We enjoyed working with her and learning about homes as we searched for our own. She was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our texts and emails.

The moment I first spoke to Dawn I knew she would be a fabulous broker to assist me in finding the perfect home. She listened very attentively to my needs and wants, and then put together a list of homes for me to see on our first tour. All of the homes she selected met my criteria, and Dawn was very up front in pointing out the pros and cons of each property. She would even tell me certain factors that should eliminate a certain choice. I never felt that she wanted to make a sale, but that she wanted me to be in the right home, regardless of how long that took. I wish I could rate Dawn higher then Excellent in these categories. We both knew that the house I selected would sell over ask, and I can say without any hesitation that if it wasn't for Dawn's knowledge of how to structure an offer I would not have bough this house. She was very helpful in the entire contract and closing process, and was always available to answer my questions. Dawn is a true professional and represents her industry admirably. She was always there for me all along the way. She helped me with my mortgage, title, and inspection as well, She gets to know her clients well , and she also knows all aspects of home buying and ownership. She also knows where to get great hard pretzels and birch beer.

As a first-time buyer, my experience with Dawn was super positive. She spent time learning my needs and wants as a buyer. Dawn was patient with all of my questions (even the silly ones) from the start. I was especially grateful for Dawn's keen eye and attention to detail when we would visit a property. Dawn taught me what to look for during a walk-through. She provided commentary and pointed out realistic things to consider, not in an attempt to sway my decision, but simply to help me realize what I would be getting into with a particular property! Dawn was never pushy; rather, she was incredibly helpful and genuinely prioritized my needs and wants as a buyer. Given the crazy market we found ourselves in, Dawn educated me on how to build a competitive offer and her experience and expertise allowed us a get creative, ultimately crafting an offer I was comfortable with and excited to present to the sellers. Dawn was a pleasure to work with and I credit my positive experience as a first-time buyer exclusively to her - she is a true professional!
