Dawn's flexibility to work with us within a 60+ mile radius as we tried to find the right home here on the east coast of Florida, puts her well above all the rest of the agents we worked with, prior to finding her! Dawn helped my wife and I find our retirement home! In this very difficult market she was always ready to react quickly and get offers in on the homes we considered. She is more about getting the job done - than worrying about the commission. She is a true professional and an extremely likable agent! You will not go wrong by hiring Dawn Strandell!!! At least for us - Dawn was a one-stop-shop - she did it all! She is great!
