Seller reviewHaving felt like I was stuck in a corner with no options. Dayana made the experience leagues above excellent. I could rant on and on about everything she did and the options she presented but I'll say it simply like this. She gave me a chance to be exactly where I want to be and I couldn't of asked for anyone better. Dayana Polhill is simply the most professional, Caring, Understanding, and well rounded agent. I could not have chosen better. Dayana is so professional she had props on hand to give the pictures of my house that made it have that extra pop and show case it's flare. Having been told time and time again selling your home is not only length process but a treacherous one. It was none of these things in the hands of Dayana Polhill. She made the experience simple. I am very grateful and hope these words really do showcase the professionalism and talent she is capable of.

Seller reviewDayana Polhill found the house I bought, and then sold it quickly for me when I had to leave. Dayana Polhill is an easy going person. Never arrogant or pushy. Always considerate. Dayana Polhill was simply wonderful to work with. Easy to communicate with, always concise, and always responded to emails, texts and calls. During the negociations she kept things simple, and helped me avoid any conflicts. Her advice was always on target. I feel good about paying the commission only because I know it is going to Dayana. I never had the feeling that all she wanted was the listing and that would be last time I heard from her. She gave me plenty of good advice about not putting too much money into this property as she knew I would not be able to get it out! If you want integrity, I would highly recommend Dayana Polhill!!!
