My professional journey began in the legal industry over 30 years ago. While working, I earned a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Toledo, and continued my career as a paralegal. Deanna Tyner skills in negotiating, knowledge of closing and attention to detail saved me thousands of dollars. They even pointed out shoddy (cosmetic) work on houses that I would not have noticed. Her commission was not her motivator. Her pleasing my husband and I were first and foremost...not the feelings I got when I first started the process with others. Deanna and Rob are an awesome, compassionate, knowledgeable team!! Deanna Tyner was exceptional. She let me know right off that she did not get a feel for what I wanted. Once I made that clear...Wow! It was if she was getting a house for a personal friend that she really wanted to be happy in their first and forever home. Her attention and concern went beyond that of a professional realtor. She definitely worked for and with me. She did the inspection while I remained in Pa. She saw to the reinspection for me. She went over the inspection in detail with me. She was willing to do the closing for me. She attended the closing with my husband and me. Made me feel special and the process as easy as possible. I know I was not her only client, but her focus always seemed to be on me. Her personal touch was so reassuring. Forever grateful and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for places she covers. The company Century would also be recommended for having such an awesome realtor. I am convinced she LOVES what she does. I am feeling like I am repeating myself. Blushing as I type just reliving the experience. Deanna Tyner is magnificent!! I felt complete confident in all her suggestions. Which all worked out to an advantage I would not have considered. Even the asking price of the house. Did not feel like negotiating. Loved it and wanted it. She handled everything. I was ready to buy without physically viewing the house. I trusted her like I would a friend or lawyer to do the best for me. Always available.
