Buyer reviewDeanna was exceptional. I can't emphasize this enough: Buying a home can be stressful, and having a subject matter expert providing incredible customer service and support is invaluable. Deanna was responsive to every communication, and dealt with my questions, comments, and concerns with infinite patience. If there was a rating above "excellent" for communication (both timeliness and clarity) and trustworthiness, I would select that. It would be more accurate to describe Deanna as an advocate than as an agent.

She was ALWAYS available, she answered endless questions, she problem solved when needed and met me at houses as quickly as I could find time to look at showings. I don't know how I would have done this without her! She was very honest, timely, friendly, and helpful. She was so nice but also got the job done when it came to negotiating. She has my back through the whole process from looking at houses online to signing my closing papers, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
