Buyer reviewDeanna has been watching and working with us for the past year as we sold our home in Charleston and wanted to buy a condo at HH Beach & Tennis. She was very patient in helping us find the one we were looking for and went above & beyond to help us understand and get exactly what we wanted! We love her as she is a wonderful person and during this time has become a good friend! If your looking for a great ageant whose patient, very knowledgeable about the island and who will look out for your interests and wants Deanna is definitely the ageant!!

Buyer reviewDeanna Gramoy has assisted us with multiple real estate transaction. We are very careful to select the best agent for our transactions, which is why we returned to Dee for our most recent transaction. Dee is a lovely person, we enjoyed seeing properties with her, and she is an absolute expert at pointing out important things for you that you don't think of. What Dee does is truly exceptional. She is the BEST realtor we have worked with, and we have worked with many other agents on other transactions prior to finding Dee. Dee salvaged a bad situation at our recent closing due to buyer refusing to sign documents. We so greatly appreciate her working with our attorney and with the other agent to move past the issue and get the closing completed - our closing went into the next day, and Dee kept us informed continuously until the closing was complete. These are times when having a superior and very experienced realtor (Deanna Gramoy is the best) are paramount. Deanna is extremely knowledgeable and was an excellent advocate for us during this transaction. I have recommended her to friends who have also reached out to her. We trust Dee as our realtor, and that is not easy to come by with us and our vast experience selling and buying numerous properties.

Seller reviewThis was our sixth transaction with Deanna Gramoy. We first vacationed, then lived full-time, in Hilton Head for a combined 17 years. We happened to meet her on our first visit, and over the years bought and sold three different properties - all with Dee. There is no one else we would work with. She is diligent, personable, proactive, honest, responsive, and just an absolute joy to work with. The number of times we've bought and sold with her ought to demonstrate just how much trust and confidence we place in her, and how much we enjoy working with her. On our most recent sale, Dee acted in our best interests at every step along the way. She worked hard to maximize not only the asking price but the sale price - she recommended an asking price higher than we had hoped for, and then in just a matter of days she got us a clean sale at full ask! On a satisfaction survey, no one had previously asked us to rate her "excellent" across-the-board (as is so often the case). Yet that's exactly what we did, because it's what she earned and deserves. She's a star. Though our relationship has been always been grounded in the business of real estate, my wife and I consider her a good and trusted friend. We have now moved away from Hilton Head - and have just landed in Colorado - yet if we were ever to return, Dee would be our first and only call.

She stayed on top of very step in the purchasing process. She was a wealth of knowledge, which absolutely helped us, as we are not from the area. We would recommend Deanna in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a realtor. We could not have had a better experience.

Buyer reviewIn the highly competitive market that is HHI right now, especially HHP, Dee guided us so well that our offer was accepted on the first house we put an offer in on. She was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable about the market and that helped get us in our home. Dee was very thorough with every detail when we closed. Due to the high demand we didn't require an inspection before closing so we didn't know for sure what we were getting. She walked through the home with us and pointed out things that we would have never noticed and it helped us tremendously!
