Deanna did an Amazing Job, she was extremely helpful and understanding - she was there for me (She knew this was a difficult time for me and selling the house was very hard!) She stepped in and always helped take care of things that I wasn't sure about or confused of how to "handle situations/issues!! I can't say enough how VERY LUCKY I felt to have Deanna by my side helping me with everything to get through this Sale!! I will recommend her to anyone I know that is selling or buying a home!! Deanna Havenner has done an outstanding job with both the sale of my house in Waldorf and the purchase of my new home in Huntingtown. I had a lot of "issues" that needed to be taken care of to be able to sell my home in Waldorf that happened during the last couple of weeks before the house was sold. I had several but the most annoying was the air born mold that was found. I thought it had been taken care of because I had water damage last year and everything was replaced: walls, carpeting etc and Infinity Restoration came out and took care of any mold damage (at least I thought they did). She was on the telephone constantly with everyone making sure that this was taken care of. One of the other problems that I had was: I did not have a clear title on my home from 30 years ago because someone did not file it correctly. And of course everyone involved went out of business. I have refinanced it a couple of time with no problems. Luckily I had saved papers from years ago and she came over to my house and sat on the floor with me finding what we needed. Of course with all the other things that happened during the sale, she was on top of. She worked very hard to make this sale happen. But especially with these two problems I feel she went above and beyond. Even the title agent and the other real-estate agent thanked her at closing for the wonderful job that she did. She showed the same outstanding attitude with the purchase of my new home. We were scheduled to close on the 28th of April, but the IRS did not have the paper work needed to close. She worked all day trying to make this happen. My daughter and I had only two days off from work (the 28th and the 29th) to move. I also had a problem because I only had two day to get my furniture etc off loaded from the pods or it would have cost me another $900. She worked with the other agent and I was able to at least move some things in the house on the 28th. I would recommend her to anyone. I think that Century 21 is fortunate to have her representing them. One thing I would like to add concerning the "helpful" part is: One day she was out with us showing us homes on a very bad weather day. It was very cold and a lot of ice was on the roads. My fiance got our car stuck and we could not move. Of course he did not think we needed to be towed. She got out of her and tried to help and and even went to the store to get us ice melt. But of course it didn't work so she eventually called a tow truck for us.
