She patiently walked us through the process and worked within our schedule generating lists of open houses and personally took us through several homes not open. She was recommended to us by a client of my husband. We were moving from out of the area and she was critical to our ability to be able to go from knowing little about the area to moved into a wonderful home in our budget with all the features we were looking for. All this in about a five and a half week timeframe. Amazing! I can not recommend her enough.

I had many questions, concerns and expectations related to the sale of the house, but Deanne's calm and assuring and professional demeanor took all of the stress and anxiety associated with a house sale away. She recommended several home improvements to help my house shine in a very competitive market. Within 48 hours after listing, we had multiple offers over our asking price! Deanne's extensive experience, attention to detail and advanced negotiating ability allowed for me to accept one of these offers with a 17-day escrow and 30-day free rent-back, providing me with ample time to get packed and move. Deanne is SO sweet and approachable and I never once felt uncomfortable contacting her. She immediately responded to e-mails/texts/phone calls even when she was on vacation! We ended up buying a new-build, and worked primarily with the builder's realtor for closing. However, Deanne still wanted to be part of the whole process for us. She kept in contact, checked in on us, and attended our final walk-through. At the final walk-through, her attention to detail and knowledge of real estate were a phenomenal asset. She noticed all of the small details and helped us to ask questions we hadn't thought of! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house!
