I am a little bit unsure of the question I answered on the previous page. It asked how long it took to "sell" the property? Does that mean from time the sign went up TILL closing?....or the time between on market and getting a bid/contract? Yes, the property was "priced to sell" and someone was interested in a multi family on the water....I believe Debbie had an offer within 4-5 days or less....and the closing was just over 2 months. The estate was very very happy with ALL Debbie had done. Thanks soooo much I strongly encouraged my mother the Executrix of the Estate to work with Debbie....and she was MORE THAN patient with my mother and explained everything in layman's terms. Not taking anything away from Century 21 company?....but for future business?...ie....my mother's estate when she passes...and even my own property should we decide to sell?....I will look for Debbie and where she is currently working Kudos to Century 21 and for having an excellent agent for your company. I will strongly recommend Debbie Buonocore to family and friends when they are in the market for a realtor Thank you In 2000 my husband and I were looking for our first home. I'm not 100% sure how we first met Deb...if we met her at an open house?...or we picked a local realtor office and she was there? Regardless...she was immensely helpful then with our first home purchase and she was the first agent I thought of when my mother, the Executrix of said Estate was ready to sell the property. Quite honestly....it would not have mattered WHICH real estate COMPANY we worked with....it was the REALTOR herself we were interested in. ***please read other sections for comments. Thanks

Most of all we trusted Debbie completely! This was the first time either of us have sold a house, not only were we not experienced in the process, it was a very emotional process for us as well. Our Dad had passed and it was time to sell his house. Along with her knowledge and professionalism she was very patient and kind during the entire process. We must have called Debbie 100 times! She always called us back and answered our questions. I would and have recommend Debbie to any of my friends and family as I know they will be in excellent hands.
