Debbie Peters of Century 21 made the sale of our parent's home easy. From the very first meeting until the closing of the home, Debbie was informative, knowledgeable, thorough, supportive, caring, and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home.

Initially my husband and I did not know where to start in the search for a realtor; however, after talking with my friend who went on and on about how amazing their realtor, Debbie Peters, is and what a great, supportive and fun experience they had recently purchasing their home with Debbie, I just KNEW we HAD to work with her! If they trust her than I automatically knew we would as well! Debbie was amazing. It was clear that she was an advocate for us and did not put her profit from the sale of our home in front of her wanting the best for my family. She was fierce when it came to negotiations and helped us feel comfortable about the decisions we were making. She was honest and often utilized her wide base of knowledge about homes to help guide us in the right direction without EVER pressuring us to do anything. We felt very comfortable and supported by Debbie. It felt like we were working with someone in our family who ultimately had our best interest at heart. My husband and I happened to be extremely busy people. Not only did Debbie keep us on task, but she literally made sure we could see any house that we were interested in seeing and often jumped through hoops to help us make the most of our time. She was kind and understanding when plans changed or we were running late. She was never judgmental and always compassionate. Her sense of humor and ability to make you feel comfortable is truly priceless. Our overall experience was amazing. From here on out I will recommend Debbie to anyone who will listen to me talk about our buying experience. I can easily see why my friend just gushed over her when he brought up his own great experience. I now find myself doing the same. Debbie will be the only realtor I ever use again. She will never be allowed to retire!

Many had tried to tell us that we should sell our home without a realtor and "save money" however, we chose, with frugality, the path of greatest assurance. The path of purity and peace of mind. To have entered such a market without our trusted realtor would have been a self-sabotage that would have defeated our hopes and killed our dreams. No, we would not be so foolish as to venture into the market without Debbie at Century 21, and our instincts proved accurate. Our happy ending would never have happened without a realtor who listened to what we wanted, understood what we could afford and worked tirelessly to make it happen.

Debbie was awesome to work with. She was extremely patient as we were new (1st time) home buyers and had lot of apprehensions and questions and Debbie did a great job to answer them and also gave us a reassuring presence. She went the extra mile when the Seller's agent wasn't that responsive and she took care of few things on his behalf for us which ensured the timely closing. Overall it was very nice experience working with Debbie.

After residing in our home for over 38 years, we had no idea what we were about to face coming into the current real estate market.
