She is knowledgeable, responds back to us right away and is courteous and friendly. Her advice regarding staging of our house was right on the mark. She was the best realtor we've ever worked with. A true professional with a warm demeanor. I know she's busy, but we always felt like we were a priority and as if we were her only clients. I wouldn't change a single aspect of our experience with her. My children adored her as well. Words can not describe how grateful we are that we chose her. She exceeded our expectations by a mile. She even put us in contact with an amazing lender who was able to process our loan very quickly. I would happily use her again and will definitely recommend her to everyone I know. She provided important information regarding other homes in the area and how they compared to our home in the current real estate market. Debi put a lot of effort in showing the home and running open house days. Debi is very experienced and always had suggestions that helped in our understanding of the current market and helped us in what direction we should go given our short and long term needs.
