We listed our house in October 2019 by January 2020 our house was sold, it is an older property and needed a lot of tender loving care. We grew up in this house lived here since 1972 a lot of years of memories and it was very hard to let go. I kept it for 4 years after my Dad passed away and thought if I kept it my Parents would still be a part of me. Deb even worked on our behalf while on vacation and I will always remember the call she made to me with the buyer, I cried could not believe that this house which needed quite a lot of work was going to be sold in the winter, the worst time to even think about listing or selling a property.
