Buyer reviewI met Mrs. Deborah Allen at church. She was very personable and came up to me after she learned I had just moved to the area. She offered me her business card and several weeks later I decided to reach out. We started the search during the beginning stages of COVID-19. She was very professional. She ensured social distancing and always wore a mask. Mrs. Allen was vital during the initial and final walk throughs of my home. For instance, she paid attention to details and was able to point out various things that should be addressed by the contractor. During showings, her attention to detail was evident as well. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision regarding purchasing a home. She was patient with my process. Furthermore, Mrs. Allen offered amazing and practical advice! By the closing date, I truly felt like I gained a new family member! Mrs. Allen is so kind and very genuine. As a person who recently moved to Dallas and as a first time home buyer, this was very refreshing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
