Buyer reviewWe were moving from across country and we asked our realtor in Indiana if he had any recommendations for a realtor in New Jersey and he recommended Deborah. There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how great Deborah is! Moving here from out of state and not being familiar with New Jersey laws and procedures was very daunting. Deb helped put our minds at ease, explaining everything thoroughly and made the whole home buying experience non-stressful. Even when we ran into a delay on the builders part, Deb kept us up to date on every detail, frequently checking with the builder and making sure the mortgage company and all others involved were on the same page. We really cannot say enough good things about Deborah Jacques. We were really blessed to have her as our realtor! Deb went above and beyond every step of the way!

Seller reviewWe met Deborah Jacques when she sold us the house we were now selling. She impressed us with her expertise and enthusiasm and we decided we wanted her help when we ultimately sold that house seven years later. Deborah worked very hard to get great pictures of the house and get it on-line. We easily had ten buyers coming to look at it within days of it going on-line. She worked hard to define a fair but profitable price for the house in this weird covid market. She gave us solid recommendations throughout the process. We had some challenges during the sale with the septic system that caused grief and issues but Deborah helped us get through those. I would use her expertise again and would easily recommend her to others.
