Buyer reviewDebroah was so easy to get along with, she bent over backwards to show us houses at any time any day. She worked well with our work schedules and didn't go crazy when we made her show us 12 houses ?. We are first time home buyers and she taught us a lot of things without getting frustrated with all of the questions we most certainly asked. she didn't want to get us "done and over with" she was very informal, and took her time teaching and guiding us in our home buying journey. Overall 10/10 we will definitely be using her again and recommending her to everyone we know!

Seller reviewWe had a few obstacles emerge during the process of selling my home, which were of no fault of my agent, she tackled them all and helped me overcome them all. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend my agent to everyone. She dug in and got her hands dirty. Absolutely went above and beyond with the whole process of selling my house. Also made the process understandable for me and what to do in the next step. Buyer reviewDebra showed us a few houses in place of our agent with Rausch Coleman homes because our agent was attending a funeral. Debra was very knowledgeable and was quick to find an answer for us if she didn't have an answer herself. Debra has even checked in on us months after the sale.
