Seller reviewDeb was amazing, great knowledge, very honest, friendly, extremely helpful and went above and beyond more so than I would have ever expected. Deb is very well connected in the community and has a connection for every service you may need for selling your home. We did everything Deb recommended which we feel expedited the sale of the home. We definitely made the right choice and appreciate all of Debs help and guidance in fixing up the house. The first day on the market there were 15 showings and 7 offers of which one was accepted. Deb is an excellent and a true professional in all aspects of real estate field.

Seller reviewDeb was immediately responsive when I initially reached out to her as I was only in the area for a short period of time. She was very direct and honest and immediately offered information and support with no pressure to commit to her. We were negotiating a sale from another state which requires a lot of trust in the person you are working with. She did everything she could to assist us with the process from getting the house ready to list to addressing any repair issues that came up with inspection and other details along the way. She was sensitive to our situation and was readily available to answer any questions and provide help. When we finally sold the house, she helped connect us with local resources to assist with our move. I would recommend Deb Schnitzler to anyone that needs a trustworthy, professional realtor.
