Buyer reviewI could not be in better hands, even though she represented both the buyer and seller which has its inherrent conflicts. Extreme attention to details and following the "rules" and not afraid to be critiical of others fail to perform to her standards

Buyer reviewDeborah was patient with me and also had my best interests in heart. She wasn't even upset with me when I backed out on a house right at the end of the inspection period. She never let me give up even when I thought I was priced out of the market. During the negotiating phase I knew the seller was going to try to squeeze every last cent out of the sale. I told her to make the cleanest offer possible as the houses in my price range are under contract before they even hit the market. The seller took the washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I was kinda bummed but expected it. That was not acceptable for Deborah. She found me a free washer, dryer, and refrigerator before I even closed escrow. The best part is the seller is covering extended home insurance that covers the appliances should they fail within the first 13 months! You want Deborah Thyurst fighting on your side.
