What can I say. My wife and I decided in the 2nd week of June 2020 (during COVID-19 crisis) that we wanted another Jersey shore investment property that we plan to retire to someday. By July 2nd the deal was done and our first renter was in place for July 4th and our home was rented for the entire 2020 summer season. Deb knew I always wanted a place at the Grand and when she saw a great opportunity she pounced on it. In my opinion I could not have pulled this off with any other Jersey shore realtor. I think most of them would have said I am crazy to try and get a deal done needing a loan to close in 2 1/2 weeks during the pandemic since underwriting loans has become so difficult and cumbersome as a result of COVID-19. I know I can sometimes be a little bit of a difficult buyer and I am very demanding of my realtor. Deb understands my needs and how I operate and has continually stepped up to any challenge I have presented her. She provides a good balance for me when I may be thinking of doing something crazy. If she thinks I am ready to do something foolish she will say something like "are you sure that's something you want to do?" But she ultimately lets me decide to move forward on an offer or not. She knows when she finds the right property for us and gets us into to see it right away. One thing that drives me crazy is a non responsive realtor, Deb either answers my calls immediately or when she sees that I have called will return my call within an hour. The main benefit of using Deb for your Jersey shore purchase is the relationships she has built over the years. Deb has been working in real estate at Jersey shore for some time now and the relationships she has built whether it be with the title company or other realtors is invaluable. She may not know all the answers to questions I have, however she does not hesitate to contact the correct person to quickly obtain information to assist me in my decision to buy or not. Same can be said after agreement is signed and I am reviewing information to ensure I want to go through with the agreed upon purchase.
