As a licensed real estate professional, I have over 18 years experience listing & selling real estate in both Effingham and Fayette counties. I earned my Brokers License in 2006. Although I have earned numerous Top Producing sales awards since joining the CENTURY 21® system in 1993, my biggest award of all is serving my clients to ensure their home buying or selling process is a pleasurable and rewarding experience.

Buyer reviewThe house buying experience during this pandemic was a sellers market, which made trying to buy difficult. Debby showed us quite a few homes before we found one that fit us. We tried to buy a house but the seller was being very difficult, but Debby was very helpful while negotiating. We ended up losing the house over a repair addendum, which they refused on and pulled out of the contract. This was heart breaking, but we soon started looking again and found our new home. She was very understanding during the entire process and knowledgeable. She was good at comunicating and doing the complicated paperwork with repair addendums.
