As a licensed real estate professional, I have over 18 years experience listing & selling real estate in both Effingham and Fayette counties. I earned my Brokers License in 2006. Although I have earned numerous Top Producing sales awards since joining the CENTURY 21® system in 1993, my biggest award of all is serving my clients to ensure their home buying or selling process is a pleasurable and rewarding experience.

Buyer reviewI would personally recommend Debby Frailey to anyone looking for a real estate agent! She bent over backwards to help us with our move from Nevada to Illinois. My wife and I could not be happier with Debby, she is AWESOME! When we were not able to look at properties in person, she took the time to go to each property we were interested in and FaceTime with us. Communication was quick and seamless, and Debby's experience proved invaluable when negotiating a sales price and offering advice on inspections. I cannot mention how valuable she is in the purchasing process. Anyone needing an agent should trust Debby! I'm glad we did!

Seller reviewSelling a house can be really stressful. Debby Frailey was great about taking care of everything and keeping us up to date. We didn't have to worry about anything. This was the first house we sold and we really weren't sure what to do. Anytime we had questions, Debby was there to answer them. She was always very friendly and very knowledgeable. She was a huge help and we will absolutely use her again and recommend her to all of our friends and family looking to buy or sell.
