Met Debra when she showed us a different property and she suggested we see the property that we ultimately purchased a couple of months later. I trusted her enough to know that she wouldn't sell me a house that was falling apart. Her being an MLS agent for C21, she made a special trip to show me houses outside of her normal area listings. Through the years, I've frequently heard of the "nightmare" that went into buying a house. With Debra, I rarely had an issue and she was instrumental in helping me understand the logistics of it all. Any time I'd stop by their office in Coos Bay, everyone was kind and courteous.
