Buyer reviewMy wife and I were looking to purchase a home in Jackson. Our realtor in Ca. also a Century 21 realtor found Debra for us. Debra met with us and was ready to show us homes. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She showed us some homes but we left Mi. thinking we would have to wait a bit longer and try again. She was diligent in finding our perfect home. We were driving back to Ca. when she called and said she had the perfect home . In our short time with Debra, she built a great working relationship with us, we totally trusted her. She emailed pictures of our home to us, she went to look at the home and inspected the home for items wanted in the home. Based on her recommendation we made an offer and purchased the home without coming back to see the home for ourselves. Debra found the perfect home! We moved in and have been happy with our purchase ever since. We highly recommend Debra!

Buyer reviewMy agent in Ca. called Debra and told her what we were looking for. Debra then reached out to my husband and I to introduce herself , we spoke over the phone. I immediately liked her. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She understood exactly what we were interested in looking at and put together a wonderful list of homes. She was completely ready and prepared to show us homes when we got to Michigan. My husband and I were very impressed with Debra when we met in person. She had a good list of homes to show in the short time we had to visit and look in Mi. We didn't find our perfect home on our visit. Debra found our perfect home and emailed us as we were driving back to Ca. She took us on a tour of the home using FaceTime . We fell in love with the home and have since purchased. All on the trust of our agent Debra. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! She is has helped us in everything during this purchase. It was a purchase that entered into escrow just before COVID 19 and with all of Debra's help closed during such a difficult time. She is a top notch agent that was put to the test on her abilities, she came through with flying colors in our book! Thank you Debra!!

Seller reviewDebra Kruse was very patient with my cell/home phone situation. Was willing and in fact did stay in touch very well, excellent given the electronic communication situation. This was very important as I was traveling from southern Indiana to Michigan repeatedly and to have miss communication would have been a major problem........did not happen. The entire sales process was as smooth as silk, could have not asked for a better performance.
