Shopping for a home while out of state can be an intimidating experience, but Debby was an excellent coach and protected us every step of the way. Debby listened to our wants, wishes, and needs and carefully weighed them together in order to present us with the most reasonable and applicable buying options. Knowing that we only had one brief period to visit the area in person and prior to moving to the area, Debby maximized our time here by researching and arranging for home visits that were exactly within our price range and housing requirements. Debby went beyond just a normal broker-client relationship by showing a legitimate concern for our family and well being, ensuring that we had all important information for schools, utilities, and any other questions that we could think of. Debby was an absolute pleasure to work with and I wouldn't think of doing business with anyone else. Highly recommended!!!

She was always quick in answering any and all questions I had regarding the process. She made the process so much easier for me through all the frustration and the difficulties home sale involves. I appreciate the fact that she was able to help me find individuals to do repairs, inspections and everything else that needed to be dealt with, because of the distance my life and work now involve and how that kept me from the old home. She helped me buy that home originally many years ago and that process was exceedingly smooth as well. She is so appreciated and I thank her for both times.
