Buyer reviewDebra Young was incredibly helpful, pointing out issues we might not have noticed with potential houses and taking our wants into account (no HOA, small yard, garage etc). She identified some invasive plant species in the backyard which was really cool, so now I can do my best to stop them from taking over the yard. She had lots of suggestions for how to fix little issues, and how to take care of the vinyl flooring so it doesnt get warped. We gave her card to one of our friends who are looking for their own house.
