She stayed with the sale, being very communicative and keeping us informed of all details all throughout the process, up to the final closing and payout. My husband new Deena Brown from high school, so I trusted him with the selection process, and I am here to say that he did a wonderful job! Deena was very personal when we first met at her meet and greet. She was intuitive, knowledgeable, and asked all of the right questions! From day one, Deena had my best interests at heart and she made me feel absolutely comfortable. On our journey, we had quite a few ups and downs, and we knew this was a possibility; yet what does Deena do? She keeps a positive attitude throughout the whole process! At one point Deena had let us know with plenty of notice she was going on vacation to Hawaii. We thought we were going to have about a 12 day break from seeing homes, but Deena was not having it! She called a co-worker of hers and had her meet us on a 3 home search. One of the homes, (The one we bought) was not available for showing on that day, so we were a little bummed about it. So we traveled on to see the 2 homes that we were able to view and they were just okay; mind you we had our eyes set on the 3rd house. So we continued on as if the search for the day had concluded and we were almost home when we get the call from the agent to return, as the house in Antelope is available! We were elated! It was meant to be! So off we go, returned to the 3rd viewing and fell in love with it! The house was just like the pictures, and nothing hidden! We called Deena later that evening in Hawaii and told her the news and waited impatiently for her return. After she got back my husband met with her at the home inspection and she was very happy for us and impressed at the same time! We love Deena Brown and appreciate all that she has done for us, in getting us into our new home! I cannot express in words how much I believe in her and the people she works with. This was a very difficult real estate transaction - the buyer was out of touch with reality and had demands that were ridiculous. Deena handled this professionally and efficiently. I don't know if other brokers could have performed as well as she did.
