Love where you live. I am so lucky to be able to say that everyday. My love of the beach and the coast of NC began before I could even walk. When I have free time, I like to boat, kayak, fish; pretty much anything I can do to be on the water or near it. I'd like to say I surf, but the lesson didn't go very well. At which point, I decided it was best to remain a spectator. Not only do I get to live in an area I love, but I also love what I do. It is very rewarding to be a part of the process that helps people move on to the next phase of life; whether it's buying a first home, or selling and relocating. I feel like more of a matchmaker than a Broker; and that is why I enjoy it so much.

Buyer reviewKnowing this will be a retirement home for us, we were quite adamant about certain requirements for the house. We were also out of state so Dena made the extra effort to push comparable properties to us, highlighting the features we wanted and keeping us informed of potential compromises we would have to entertain based on location, price, etc. Once we selected the house (new construction), she guided us through the entire process with ease and confidence - in the middle of the COVID pandemic! Her constant communication and calmness made this process easy. She absolutely put in more effort that any other agent I have dealt with in the past!

She went above and beyond any other realtor that I have had experience with reference to informing us of details about the area and contact information for the utility companies. She also recommended excellent inspectors and the appraiser. We were extremely happy with their professionalism and knowledge.

Dena Anbar was incredible! She truly listened to what was most important to us, sent us appropriate properties to review, and when we actually came to North Carolina to search, she set up multiple showings for us. We were very impressed by her attention to detail and how well she picked properties that were well suited to our wants/needs. She even helped set us up with the mortgage company, settlement attorney, etc. since we are not familiar with the area yet.
