Denise was extremely helpful in the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and had no idea what I was actually getting myself in to. Denise Botz was everything I had hoped for in a real estate agent. I could not have been more satisfied with the Denise's plan from start to finish. The house being sold was our parents' house. Our father passed away unexpectedly and our mother was then placed in a nursing home. Denise Botz was very understanding of how difficult this was for us. I cannot say enough about how she made this difficult part of our lives so much easier. Our lives were turned upside down with the passing of our father. The fact that we had an agent that was trustworthy, compassionate, professional, and kind was so comforting. She definitely had our best interests in mind. As I type this I am thinking about when I was signing the final papers for the sale. It was not easy to do because this was just another part of the finality of our father passing. Denise gave me a hug and put her hand on my back as I was signing the papers. The comfort that brought me was immeasurable. Denise Botz did a wonderful job in all of aspects of the sale and, because of this, the sale of the home went quickly and smoothly. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Denise to anyone that was selling a home.

Denise was a great asset to us as first time homebuyers, and we felt as though she went above and beyond in all aspects of the homebuying process. She was always timely and on top of communicating the tasks to complete in order to close on our house with an accelerated timeline. Denise was always willing to go above and beyond throughout the sales process, whether that be answering any questions we had or offering her insight from her previous experience.
