This is the fourth time in our life we have purchased a home. Denise Fey was easily the best real estate agent we have had the pleasure of working with, and yes, it was actually a pleasure. Denise listened to what we were interested in. She showed exactly what we wanted and then branched out to show us things she thought we should consider. She was right and we ended up getting something that originally wasn't on our radar. She was helpful in helping us track down experts we needed to inspect the house. All of our questions were answered promptly. And when we sought out additional information from other experts she was not offended. She instinctively knew when to be there and knew when to back off and give us space. Nothing could have been done better. A home purchase is often full of pitfalls and stress and when the process is over its not uncommon to be glad to not have to see the people involved again. With Denise, that is not the case. She was so personable throughout the process we felt we have also met a new friend as we get to know our new community.

I do not believe that we would have made it through this experience if Ms. Fey was not our agent. All calls and questions were answered in a timely fashion.If we wanted something done...she figured it out and got it done.I don't think this sale could have happened without her help.We are truly grateful for her.Not only is she a top notch agent,she is a kind and lovely person.
